  1. 產品維修需時多久?
    產品維修時間視乎產品的損壞程度,一般維修檢查需時2-3個星期,維修好後會通知客人。

退貨

  1. 是否所有產品都可以安排更換?
    藍芽耳機、無線喇叭等小型產品,如果在檢查後確定功能上不能維修,我們會更換同一型號的產品。如果因為產品售罄而無法更換同一型號,則會安排更換相類似或價錢相同 (或以下) 的型號。我們將會先與客戶聯絡。

  2. 更換過程需時多久?
    如產品檢查後確定有問題後起計,更換過程一般需要3-5個工作天。

藍芽耳機

  1. 為何連不上藍芽耳機?
    如果藍芽耳機不能連接,可按照以下步驟,重新連線藍芽:
    – 取消手機NOKIA / NAKAMICHI 藍牙CONNECT,關閉手機藍牙
    – 重開手機藍牙,重新連線NOKIA / NAKAMICHI
    – 雙手按著左右耳機表面,大約10秒,等待手機顯示型號
    – 按鍵連接手機提示已連接
  1. 為什麼耳機只有一邊有聲音?
    這可能是耳機配對不到,可以嘗試長按左/右耳機,並重新連線。
  1. 為什麼新買的耳機只開了一會就沒有電?
    充電盒電量不足導致不能給耳機充夠充電,建議把充電盒的電先充滿,再去給耳機充電。充電可按照以下步驟:
    – 請先把充電盒充滿電,耳機放入充電盒,耳機上的燈會閃爍表示在充電
    – 耳機連接手機後,在手機上可以看到耳機的電量是不是滿電
    – 如果電量顯示是滿電,問題依然存在,請重置一下耳機
    – 或換一台手機試試
  1. 為什麼耳機在通話中有雜音?
    通常是因為環境干擾或耳機跟設備距離超出範圍,建議改變使用環境或縮短耳機跟設備的距離。

Schwaiger VC8060 吸塵機

  1. 為什麼吸塵機不能吸水?
    吸塵機不能吸水主要有兩種原因:
    – 因為吸塵過濾器 (Hepa filter) 塞了。長開機而沒有上水,引致摩打短路,建議客人定期清洗Hepa filter。
    – Hepa filter清洗後沒有全完晾乾,引致hepa的纖維漲大了影响吸水力。建議客人每次使用吸塵機後,Hepa filter必需要清潔及徹底晾乾後才使用,可在太陽下或用風筒(大風低溫mode)。
    – 另外,使用過量清潔劑清洗完後沒有徹底沖洗,即使Hepa filter風乾後清潔劑仍然殘留在過濾器上,令空氣不容易通過,導致沒有給力及過熱弄燒摩打。
  1. 能用清潔劑清洗Hepa filter嗎?
    我們不建議使用清潔劑,用過量清潔劑清洗完Hepa filter後沒有徹底沖洗,即使Hepa filter風乾後清潔劑仍然殘留在過濾器上,令空氣不容易通過,導致沒有給力及過熱弄燒摩打。另外建議可多買1-2個Hepa filter替換。
  1. 吸塵機上顯示的代碼代表什麼?
    吸塵機上顯示的是故障化碼:
    E1 – 電池斷線
    E2 – 充電電池電壓過低
    E3 – 充電電池壓差太大
    E4 – 電池組溫控異常
    E5 – 放電高溫
    E6 – 充電高溫
    E7 – 充電低溫
    F1 – 充電過流
    F2 – 短路保護
    F3 – 放電過流
    F4 – 地刷放電過流
    F6 – 未按裝污水箱

Warranty

  1. How long is the product warranty?
    General products such as Nakamichi, Nokia can enjoy a 12-month functional warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified). The Nakamichi Soundbar can automatically enjoys a 18-month functional warranty from the date of purchase. ***Register through this website 30 days before the expiry date of original warranty to enjoy an additional 3-month extended warranty, please register now.   1. Can I still enjoy free warranty if I lost my receipt?
    Warranty coverage begins on the date you purchase the product. Please keep the original sales invoice or receipt, and the warranty sticker to enjoy the warranty. Without invoice or receipt, the warranty will not be effective.
  1. How do I book a maintenance service?
    Customer can contact our Customer Service Team through WhatsApp 9200 2064 to arrange repair service.
  1. Where is the address of the repair/customer service center?
    The company has the maintenance and customer service center at 6th Floor, Enterprise Plaza Phase 3, 39 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. Please WhatsApp 9200 2064 to make an appointment first.

  2. What are the working hours of the customer service center?
    Monday to Friday, 09:30-12:00, 14:00-17:30. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  1. How long does it take to repair the product?
    The product repair time depends on the product’s condition of damage. Generally, it takes 2-3 weeks for inspection and repair. After the repair is completed, the customer will be notified.

Returns

  1. Is all the product able to exchange?
    For small products such as BlueTooth earphones, wireless speakers, if it is determined as non-repairable after inspection, we will offer replacement for the same model. If the same model is sold out or no longer available for replacement, we will arrange a replacement with similar or same price (or below) model for you. We will contact customer before arrange the replacement.
  2. How long is the replace process?
    Once confirmed the product has problem and which is non-repairable after inspection, the replace process normally takes 3-5 working days.

BlueTooth Earphones

  1. Why cannot connect with the Bluetooth earphones?
    If you cannot connect the Bluetooth earphones, you can follow the below procedure to reconnect the Bluetooth:
    – Cancel the connect between your phone and NOKIA / NAKAMICHI earphones, turn off Bluetooth from your phone
    – Turn on Bluetooth from your phone and reconnect NOKIA / NAKAMICHI
    – Press the left and right surface on the earphones with both hands, around 10 seconds, await your phone to show the earphones model
    – Press button to connect the phone
  1. Why the earphones only have sound on one side?
    This may due to the earphones cannot connect correctly, please try to long press left / right earphones and reconnect.
  1. Why the new earphones only use a while and then no more battery?
    Charging case has not enough battery to charge the earphones, we recommend charging the charging case first and then charge the earphones. Please follow the below procedure for charging:
    – Please charge the charging case first, put the earphones in the charging case, the light on earphones will flash while charging
    – After connecting the earphones with your phone, you can check the earphone battery to confirm whether it is full battery or not on your phone
    – If the battery shown full battery, but problem insists, please reset your earphone
    – Or please change another phone to try again
  1. Why my earphones have echoes while calling?
    Usually due to environment interference caused or distance between earphones and mobile is too far, we recommend changing locations or reducing the distance between the earphones and devices.

Schwaiger VC8060 vacuum cleaner

  1. Why the vacuum cleaner cannot absort water?
    There is 2 main reasons that the vacuum cleaner cannot absort water:
    – Because the Hepa filter has been blocked. Water cannot been absort while the vacuum cleaner is running which caused the short circult of the motor. We recommend customer to clean the Hepa filter every time after used.
    – Hepa filter has not been dried after cleaning, which leads the Hepa’s fiber grown and affect the absorting power. We recommend customer to clean the Hepa filter and dry it everytime after using the vacuum cleaner. And please make sure the Hepa filter is dry and clean before use, you can dry it with sunshine or hair dryer (windy low temperature mode)
    – Moreover, if not clean clearly after using excess cleaning detergent, which leads to the cleaning detergent still remain on the Hepa filter even after the Hepa filter is dried, and the air cannot pass through, which affect the aborting power and motor burnt due to overheat.
  1. Can I use cleaning detergent to clean the Hepa filter?
    We do not recommend using cleaning detergent as if using excess cleaning detergent for the Hepa filter and not cleaning properly, although the Hepa filter has been dried, cleaning detergent is still remain on the Hepa filter and the air cannot pass through easily which affect the absorting power and motor burnt due to overheat. Moreover, we recommend to purchase 1-2 Hepa filter for replacement.
  1. What is the code showing on vaccum cleaner representing?
    The code shown on vaccum cleaner is the fault code:
    E1 – Battery disconnect
    E2 – Rechargeable battery voltage is too low
    E3 – Rechargeable battery voltage difference is too large
    E4 – Temperature control of battery is abnormal
    E5 – High discharging temperature
    E6 – High charging temperature
    E7 – Low charging temperature
    F1 – Charging over-current
    F2 – Short-circuit protection
    F3 – Discharge Over-current
    F4 – Roller brush Discharge Over-current
    F6 – No dirty water installed
